Best Bike Shop in Town!

My wife and I visited this bike shop to get her bike up to speed. The owner and service guy couldn't have been more helpful, fast, and thorough. We are amatuer weekend bikers and felt very comfortable asking questions. I won't be going anywhere else to service my bikes or when it comes time to buy my new one.

Great Small Business

I took my bike her for just a few small parts/repairs and the guy treated me like I was the most important customer in the world. So I took my bike back after it melted in a fire and needed extensive repair. He was great again. Very reasonable prices, great service, great communications (he gave me several options for repair, emailed me with the progress, and asked for my approval of price differences between his estimate and the actual). This is the kind of small business that I feel good about supporting! I'd recommend it for anything to do with bikes. It's down a tiny road near downtown Norcross, in a little industrial park.
